How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24-48 business hours of shipment.
During times of high package volume, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.
You can also track your package status by logging in with your account information here.
When will my order ship?
Orders Shipping from USA will take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped, then delivered within 3-4 business days.
Orders Shipping from Overseas will take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped, then delivered within 5-8 business days.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. How much does shipping cost?
Weight-based shipping until the $50 threshold is met, then Free Shipping over $50 to US Residents only. See the chart for weight-based shipping:

Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.
Will I be charged extra for items shipped separately?
There are no additional shipping charges for items that ship separately within the same order.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order before it ships?
While your order is still pending, you can cancel your order by contacting bellabluestyles@gmail.com ASAP or by using the chat feature. Once your order begins processing or has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped then you can initiate a return once you receive the order. Read our return policy here.
Please note we work as quickly as possible to get your items shipped out, so the cancellation period is brief.
To find out if your order is eligible for cancellation, please log into your account here to check the fulfillment status. If the fulfillment status shows as pending, then you can cancel your order by emailing bellabluestyles@gmail.com or by using the chat feature on our website.
If you need to make any changes to your order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order so long as it is still eligible.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Bella Blue Styles is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
