Return Policy

Returns must be initiated through our Self-Serve Returns Portal, postmarked and returned within 30 business days of receiving your items. The first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows a "delivered" status. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. If shipping error or damaged item is the case, then once we have approved your return request, you will receive a separate email containing a pre-paid return label to be shipped via USPS. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items or mystery bags of any price. 

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, and unwashed.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, gift cards, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Items must be returned with all original tags attached as well as the clear garment packaging with SKU label.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer.

Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag.

Items sold as sets must be returned in the correct sizes as sold.

Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be contacted via email on the status of your refund. Please allow us 5-7 business days to complete the return/refund process. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you selected store credit instead, you will receive an email containing a BBS gift card code to use on a future purchase.
